The Vehicle Assembly Administrator is responsible for the administrative coordination, tracking, and documentation of the vehicle assembly process. This role acts as a key communication link between Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality, ensuring that all data, documents, and resources required for assembly are available on time and accurate.
Maintain, update, and control documentation related to the vehicle assembly process (work orders, technical documentation, checklists).
Coordinate daily activities between Production, Purchasing, and Logistics teams.
Monitor vehicle assembly status through INFOR or other internal systems.
Prepare and distribute production reports, analyses, and KPI tracking.
Provide administrative support to line supervisors and assembly teams.
Track inventory and administratively approve requests for parts and materials.
Ensure process compliance with quality and safety standards.
Organize and document quality inspections, audits, and internal checks.
Identify and report deviations in the assembly process and follow up on resolution.
Support new projects, vehicle model changes, and the implementation of new procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes.
Experience managing documentation in technical systems.
Experience in administration, logistics, production, or the automotive industry.
Working proficiency in English.
