Responsibilities
• Ownership of all aspects (preparation, maintenance, planning, execution, documentation and tracking) of Onboarding, Technical Onboarding and Training programs
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to identify skill gaps and emerging training needs.
• Contribute to the development and execution of Performance Management and Succession Planning initiatives
• Ensure that Talent Management practices align with overall organizational goals, talent strategy, and HR best practices.
• Close coordination with HR Business Partner team to ensure that the Talent Management activities are integrated effectively in daily business
• Support ongoing product and process improvement
Main tasks
• Creation, planning and managing all Onboarding, Technical Onboarding, Training Programs and other training activities
• Development and implementation of new training materials, as well as maintenance and improvement of existing trainings
• Identify and address skill gaps within the organization, supporting managers in designing targeted education plans and oversee spending of the educational budget
• Train (as a main trainer) and train the trainers for soft skills and leadership trainings, including HR practices
• Co-create the performance management cycle and support the execution of performance management initiatives
• Support the Succession Planning process, to ensure the organization’s leadership pipeline remains strong
• Super-user of the Learning Management System (LMS) and Performance Management System
• Track and report on L&D and Performance Management activities, provide insights and recommendations based on data, organizational needs, and employee development requirements
Requirements
• Strong understanding of general HR principles and practices (recruitment, HR business partnering, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Succession planning, etc.), and legal requirements
• Experience in developing training programs and experience as a trainer, particularly in delivering soft skills and HR best practices training
• Previous experience in HR Business Partner role is a strong advantage
• Proficient in administering and managing LMS and Performance Management systems
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in highly dynamic environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly and effectively
• Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) is essential
• Bachelor's or higher degree in the relevant field of study
