Responsibilities
Writing Design Verification and Validation Plans (DVP) from Systems perspective
Writing test cases and procedures including acceptance criteria
Preparing, organizing, supporting, and executing system level tests, including various levels of integration and mechanical tests
Owning test time plan and ensuring the delivery
Writing test related documentation and reviewing test reports provided by 3rd parties
Owning and reporting about verification and validation activities
Supporting cross functional development teams and Product Development Leads
Supporting process improvement activities
Coordinating planning, execution and evaluation of tests performed internally and at external test laboratories
Coordinating that devices under test including accessories are at the test site on time and ready to be tested
On-site supervision and support of tests being performed at external test laboratories
Analysis of test results and creating test reports
Supporting creation and reviewing of DFMEA and FMEDA documents
Support architecture and requirements definition
Requirements
Three or more years of post-faculty experience with mechanical, electrical engineering (systems, hardware, software) or similar field
Experience designing and executing test plans to integrate, verify and validate product performance and robustness
Ability to understand and successfully work across multiple disciplines such as engineering and manufacturing or purchasing
Experience with battery cells, modules, packs and high voltage is highly desirable
Experience with V model development
Ability to envision solutions, ideas, and constraints
Being able to work in multicultural environment
Analytical mindset and proactive approach
Strongly detail-oriented and self-organized approach
Ability to work in highly dynamic environment
Meticulous approach to work and writing documentation
Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
Ability to react fast
High proficiency using Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams
