RESPONSABILITIES
Methodology and process reporting into the Program for Vehicle issue status across the function.
Understand various systems role inside the vehicle architecture and its platform specific implementations from both HW and SW point of view.
Interface with functional team to define and manage issues.
Troubleshooting and DTCs analysis along with Issue management team (from PP to post SOP)
Point of contact to the Production and Quality during the building, commissioning of the vehicles and for any Aftersales activities post SOP
Ensure the availability of components, and tools, while verifying that all essential documentation, schematics, and instructions are up to date.
Work closely with Procurement team.
Promote opportunities for process improvements.
Comply with company and HR policies and process.
Motivate and develop employees in technical delivery and skills as well as personal growth.
Act as a mentor and leader demonstrating the company values.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous proven experience in a similar role within an automotive OEM or T1 supplier, preferably within premier Motorsports categories or within a low volume Supercar/Hypercar production.
Previous demonstratable experience within automotive program management.
Demonstrated technical and professional background in Electronics, Systems, EE, and Software.
Demonstratable experience in commercial program management.
Excellent team player and communicator, able to work with and motivate cross functional teams.
Ability to organise multiple technical inputs, summarise and present to program and C level.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Able to manage a varied workload to tight deadlines.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESProficient in Microsoft office suite of tools, Excel, Word and Power point, familiar with working in a share point environment with MS Teams and MS Outlook, Planning and project tools such as MS Project, GANTT, Jira. Knowledgeable of CAN and other automotive networks, EE Schematics, and Specs/Requirement management through Doors or similar, SAP or similar. Minimum of a Master’s Degree in the relevant engineering field; Experience in leading a relevant project; Able to apply engineering best practice; Ability to work in a team; Ability to make decisions; Excellent fluency in English; Able to understand the bigger picture; Ability to maintain the motivation within the team, Ability to work under pressure; Ability to have multiple priorities.
