HR team is expanding and now looking for a new Recruitment Partner! They will be responsible for sourcing, testing, and interviewing candidates, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified talent while managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job postings to offer negotiations. We are looking for an individual ready to grow and learn together with us, creating the best hypercar company in the world.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent for open positions
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and initial steps of onboarding
- Administer psychological tests to assess candidate aptitude, personality, and job fit.
- Interpret test results and provide insights to hiring managers to support informed decision-making
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure job descriptions align with organizational goals
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and report on hiring progress
- Promote the company’s employer brand through job fairs, social media, and networking events
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, diversity initiatives, and company hiring policies
- Provide guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Master’s degree in psychology
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates, managers, and stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, and passive candidate outreach
- Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit through effective interviewing skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges in a competitive talent market
- Considered as an advantage: Previous experience with psychological testing in organizations (cognitive abilities, motivations, personality traits)
