Responsibilities
Ensures design reviews are completed properly and follow the defined process.
Manages and improves the release workflow (drawing checks, approvals, change control).
Confirms all release requirements are met before creating items in ERP.
Ensures strict release discipline across parts, assemblies, PCBAs, and full systems.
Creates and maintains ERP supplier records when required.
Creates ERP items, assemblies, and supply-chain assemblies.
Ensures ERP reflects the correct released revision and configuration.
Manages standard component libraries in ECAD (Altium) and MCAD (3DX).
Implements and enforces processes for correct component and structure entry in 3DX.
Ensures alignment between ECAD, MCAD, and ERP Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Confirms PCBAs are released with correct revisions and manufacturing documentation.
Prevents purchasing or production of unreleased or unclear PCBA versions.
Ensures only approved and released items are sent for purchasing.
Creates and maintains purchase request structures aligned to approved configurations.
Prevents ordering of incomplete, outdated, or unapproved items.
Maintains JIRA tracking for order readiness (released vs. not released).
Ensures purchasing data aligns with release status.
Identifies when release or change activities are blocking procurement.
Oversees issue, change, and deviation tickets with support from the Project Manager.
Coordinates stakeholders to drive timely resolution.
Ensures all changes are properly documented and follow the defined process.
Organizing meetings, alignments and supporting Program managers in their work (planning, budgeting, etc)
Supporting Quality Manager to establish new processes, sharing announcements.
Requirements
BSc or Master degree
0-5 years of experience
English language skills
Motivation, organization and flexibility to take responsibility
Communication skills – you will be communicating with every person in the team
MS Office proficient user
Attention to detail
Considered as an Advantage
MS Project & JIRA experience
Experience with ERP systems
Familiarity with ECAD (e.g., Altium), MCAD (e.g., 3DX), and BOM management processes.
Understanding of Change management
