Responsibilities
In-line inspection of modules in assembly phases and final inspection of battery pack
Measuring voltage and resistance a with digital mustimeter
Inspection of parts with a digital caliper, high gauge and micrometer
Completing the Checklist and reports according to testing requirements
Uploading the Checklists and reports to appropriate database
Validation of inspection operation in internal software when inspection of product was finished
Support R&D engineering with inspection and investigation
Focus on continuous improvement and best practices
Conduct inspection for new and current product
Non-conformance product handling
Audit preparation and support
Update of quality documentation: Quality Checklist, Quality work instructions per last revision
Right product in inspection area, using measurement instrumentation following measurement procedures
Propose procedures and processes to develop and implement best practices and increase efficiency
Requirements
Demonstrate quality and electrical aptitude
Familiar with hand-held measuring equipment: Calliper, high gauge, micrometre, surface finish ext.
Familiar with electrical measuring devices: Mustimeter, Iso-meter
Strong communication abilities – able to effectively relay information to different people from direct colleagues to engineers and managers
Knowledge of basic hand tools, fabrication
Knowledge of electrical skills: basic wiring ability, connecting sensors & power supplies, soldering
Experience with High voltage and HV environment
Ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet tight deadlines
Ability to complete daily tasks with extreme attention to detail
Handle related tools and measurement equipment properly
Ability to follow verbal and/or written instructions (English)
