SHORT JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for exceptional individuals to reinforce our Product Development team. TASK AND RESONSIBILITIES
- Single point of contact for management of multiple Tier 1 & 2 HW and SW suppliers to deliver features and components on time, on cost, and within quality.
- Review and provide Suppliers with Component Technical Specification (CTS) derived/cascaded from System Engineering requirements (including CRs, FuSa, Cyber-Security requirements allocated to the specific component, installation specifications, mechanical requirements and End Of Line (EOL) requirements for plant operations)
- Lead the sourcing and RFQ/RFI processes, the planning/monitoring activities of suppliers’ Hardware/Software/Calibration deliveries and the V&V process for the assigned Technology Components according to the vehicle programs milestones.
- Lead coordination meetings with BR relevant internal functions and with suppliers to track and report components DVP progress and issues (overall program status) ensuring corrective actions are defined, validated, and implemented.
- Manage component development plan identifying effective countermeasures in case of issues/delays and negotiating with Suppliers the plan adjustments to meet BR milestones
- Capture and analyze Quality issues, Regulatory/Standards non-conformities at component level and inconsistencies between Components DFMEA and System DFMEA
- Ensure alignment to competitors through continuous benchmarking analysis.
- Responsible for sign-off launch readiness of the components for production.
