Responsibilities
Work closely with Director & the Heads of Operations departments to focus on project delivery within Operations Engineering, Logistics, Construction
Develop and maintain performance dashboards to drive Operations, using data analytics techniques to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, using KPIs and working toward OKRs
Delivering insightful analysis to communicate findings, recommendations, and performance metrics to stakeholders across the business, including leadership, to support strategic decision-making
Controlling – Monthly tracking of Operations budget & headcount, as well as forecasts and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities for departments and projects
Information Governance – Support team members with standardisation and information sharing across all projects in TEAMs
Reporting & Dashboards – Lead creation of the dashboards with project teams for launch status reports and operations reviews, ensuring we track actions and transfer lessons learnt
Focus Team Support – Support Heads and Managers in execution of focus teams to improve the project delivery across the business
Cross-functional Projects – Coordinate internal projects where needed to ensure delivery whether IT projects, finance projects, or operations specific initiatives
Project Team Support – Work with project teams where necessary
