Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns.
Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment on project objectives.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
Ensure project deliverables meet technical standards and comply with internal Engineering release processes (Technical drawings, Homologation, Manufacturing, Quality requirements).
Coordinate and allocate technical resources effectively (internal and external), supporting team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Track, monitor and analyze project engineering performance metrics, adjusting as necessary to stay on track.
Lead the successful planning, execution and closure of projects according to organizational standards.
Ensure timely delivery of project outcomes within scope, budget and robust engineering porometers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and ensure their needs are met.
Maintain accurate documentation to support project accountability and transparency,
Maintain needed high standards of technical drawing release.
Promote continuous improvement practices within project teams and across project processes.
Foster a proactive risk management culture to anticipate and mitigate potential issues early.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Extensive experience (5+ years) in automotive engineering, with a focus on body interior and/or Exteriors.
Preferred - Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) and other engineering tools.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, materials, and manufacturing processes.
