Responsibilities
End-2-End customer relationship management and customer satisfaction
Commercial success of customer projects (meet financial project targets)
Customer-specific product portfolio roadmap (in line with overall product strategy)
Realistic customer-specific sales planning
Assurance of all required resources for the project
Identify and manage key project stakeholders
Secure available resources for the project
Support preparation of initial project plan (macro, 1-3 months) and support project kick-off
Confirm the detailed project plan and align internally/externally (client)
Track project financials continuously & compare to the business case/plan
Release the project from its duties and evaluate client satisfaction
Prepare, deliver and present a non-binding quote internally and then to clients in the required format
Refine financial concept based on the updated technical concept after client feedback
Prepare, deliver and present a binding quote internally and then to clients in the required format
Gather and review required information and compose a business case
Present & negotiate commercial and contractual terms to the customer with alignment and support from the Rimac back-end team
Develop a detailed business plan (incl. a detailed financial model)
Present concept proposals (mechanical design) to the client and ensure client sign-off
Ensure client approval for CAD data of A/B/C samples
Summarize, merge and assess stakeholders (internal/external) requirements
Communicate system requirements to the customer (if needed)
Communicate requirements on HW, SW and mechanical level to customer (if needed)
Receive, process, and acknowledge customer orders or LoI and manage contracts
Identify new leads according to product portfolio and market demands
Requirements
