Responsibilities
- Leading project and meeting business case objectives during the project life cycle
- Managing the customer/end-user meeting expectations and assuring the quality of project deliveries
- Meeting governance criteria and benefits realization
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors execution of projects
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Monitor and track progress or project executuion
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Ability to develop and foster relationships
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills (clear direction, respect, consistency, decisiveness, accountability, conviction, cooperation, good communication)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
