Bugatti Rimac is seeking an Internal Communications & Employer Branding Expert to play a key hands-on role in shaping how we communicate internally and how we present ourselves as an employer. This role will be responsible for building internal communications and employer branding activities largely from scratch, ensuring alignment with our culture, values, and ambitious growth journey. The position requires an operative, proactive professional who enjoys execution as much as strategy and thrives in a dynamic, high-performance environment. The role reports directly to the HR Director.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
Design, develop, and execute internal communication strategies, channels, and content from the ground up.
Create clear, engaging, and consistent messaging to support company culture, employee engagement, and change initiatives.
Develop and manage employer branding initiatives, ensuring a strong and authentic employee value proposition.
Produce hands-on content such as internal announcements, presentations, newsletters, intranet content, and campaigns.
Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, leadership, and other stakeholders to align communication with business and people priorities.
Support recruitment marketing efforts through storytelling, employer branding materials, and social media content.
Plan and execute internal events, campaigns, and initiatives that strengthen engagement and alignment.
Monitor, measure, and continuously improve internal communication and employer branding effectiveness.
Key Requirements
High level of organization, ownership, and execution capability in a fast-paced environment.
Experience of working within an HR team is a preference
Proven experience in internal communications, employer branding, corporate communications, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of employer branding, employee engagement, and internal communication best practices.
Strong hands-on content creation skills, including writing, editing, and presentation development.
Experience in building communication frameworks, channels, or branding initiatives from scratch.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
