About your new role:
We are searching for an enthusiastic, experienced senior Hypercar Vehicle Controller to join us in our Hypercar Project House in Zagreb. Our mission is to become the leading hypercar group and you as a Hypercar Vehicle Controller will help us to achieve this by working closely with Program Management, R&D, Quality, Production and Sales to ensure that vehicle projects meet our high profitability, quality and performance expectations. Moreover, you will be the financial advocate of the vehicle program and advising team members on various financial aspects. The Controlling function is part of our CFO department.
1. Tasks and responsibilities:
- Finance business partner to support development teams translating development ideas into financially sound and feasible hypercar vehicle projects.
- Ensure profitability from the first project idea until end of production.
- Set cost/ profit targets and constantly challenge Program Management and the Program Team to further optimize the vehicle program.
- Derive and negotiate revenue, cost, profit and RoS targets for hypercar vehicle programs with Program Management and Program Team.
- Initiate forecast process and perform data-driven program scenario simulations.
- Milestone-related tracking of program calculation with monitoring of KPIs such as program profitability, RoS, IRR, NPV, spending patterns, cash flow, etc.
- Have high visibility to Bugatti Rimac Group top management by regularly presenting target vs. status overviews and being their discussion partner for all program related financial questions during Program Day meeting.
- Further drive our value-oriented budget controlling approach by being the initiator and challenger of cost down and/ revenue management measures.
- Participate in sourcing committees and ensure direct cost compliance.

2. Required skills and competencies:
- 5-7 years of experience in an automotive manufacturer/ tier-1 supplier in Finance, Program Management, R&D or Procurement
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance/ Controlling, Engineering or similar
- Experience in business case calculation and financial structuring of profitability analyses
- Proven record in advanced Excel, VBA and/or Access knowledge would be beneficial
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems
- Strong analytical, negotiation, process and structuring skills
- Fluent in English
