Lead and support your team in delivering Body Complete engineering activities across all programs.
Define team structure, guide development, and allocate workload effectively.
Collaborate with Managers to determine outsourcing requirements and budget allocations.
Oversee cost center budgeting, program approvals, and technical deliverables.
Define engineering standards and core technical skills for your team.
Drive innovation through collaboration with Technical Principals, Experts, and Concept Teams.
Ensure practical problem-solving and continuous improvement across projects.
Mentor team members and champion company values.
Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
10+ years in the automotive or motorsport industry, ideally with OEM or Tier 1 experience.
Proven leadership in managing technical teams and engineering programs.
Strong understanding of Body Complete systems, technologies, and design processes.
Familiarity with automotive engineering tools (DFMEA, DVP, Engineering Release, etc.).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience in project planning tools (MS Teams, MS Outlook).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
Technically driven with a strong engineering background and a passion for high-performance vehicles.
