We are looking for a new Event Coordinator (m/f/d) for 18 months to cover maternity leave.
RESPONSABILITIES
EVENT COORDINATION & EXECUTION
Develop Global Event Strategy & Market Rollout
Track event budgets to ensure sustainable events
Support the planning and execution of key events on the Bugatti annual calendar (launches, driving experiences, partner meetings, customer activations).
Coordinate global event partners, agencies, suppliers, logistics, guest services, hospitality, and all operational workflows to ensure flawless delivery according to BUGATTI standards.
Assist in preparing and sharing quarterly global event calendars and activation guidelines with regional teams and dealers.
Support the coordination of local activations, including showroom openings, customer previews, and regional brand events.
STANDARDS, TOOLS & REPORTING
Ensure compliance with global CX & Event guidelines across dealer and regional activities to maintain consistent brand expression.
Contribute to the refinement of global event frameworks and future event strategies.
Create and maintain the global event adaptation toolkit (templates, visuals, checklists) used by regions and dealers to guarantee consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.
Consolidate event KPIs, reporting, and feedback from regional partners to identify improvement opportunities and strengthen overall event performance.
Support data tracking and documentation to continuously elevate BUGATTI’s global event execution standards.
SKILLS
Exceptional service mindset with attention to detail
Experience in event operations or luxury hospitality.
Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
Very good MS office and Salesforce skills , Basic knowledge in SAP
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree in Hospitality or Marketing or the equivalent
5 years experiences in brand experience or event management in the luxury sector (e.g. automotive, hospitality, fashion)
