As a Demand Planning Team Lead, you will working across R&D, Quality, Production, Procurement and other departments, you will lead projects You lead a team of currently 9 demand planners and are responsible for demand planning for different car projects, ordering parts, budget planning, cost analysis, material reports, and much more.

Long term forecasts align with suppliers
Manage all Logistics topics within Change Action process
Managing critical suppliers and escalation process
Logistics costs calculation
Definition and development of minimal quantities on stock
Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other teams
What are your core components
ERP/MRP Knowledge – preferably INFOR, SAP, or similar systems
Project Management – leading cross-functional teams and ensuring deliverables
Fluent English in spoken and written form
Communication & Negotiation Skills – ability to align multiple departments and suppliers
Technical Understanding – familiar with production planning, logistics engineering, and automotive standards
Analytical & Strategic Thinking – ability to translate data into business strategies
Problem Solving – root cause analysis, escalation handling and action tracking
Advanced Excel & Power BI – KPI dashboards, visual management, data modelling

Salary range: €42 500 – €62 500 gross per year (depending on experience)
