1. Tasks:
Point of contact for all BOM changes or queries in current production
Chairperson for change action reviews
Rolling release planning and implementation
Lead cross functional teams to ensure BOM robustness
Cost and value for money assessment of change actions
Manage introduction of new content/markets/MY and ensure appropriate actions are taken by contributing teams
Regularly update the change management procedure and ensure it is followed during the release process
Support implementation of PLM for operations in BR
Proposing procedures and processes to develop and implement best practices and increase efficiency within the change management scope
Final approver for change actions affecting current production
Required to ok line in of vehicles based on released content i.e new markets/specs
2. Responsibilities:
Responsible for released Bill of material on owned programme
Responsible for ensuring rolling releases are communicated and released in a timely fashion
Responsible for driving change actions to resolve open issues and deviations
Responsible for resolving issues related to change management
Lead cross functional teams to ensure content is released for new vehicles that are lined in
3. Required skills and competencies:
Fluent English in spoken and written form
Leadership and collaboration skills (clear direction, respect, consistency, decisiveness and cooperation)
Multi- Faceted skillset and the ability to multi-task effectively on different system/components and assignments
Ability to work effectively (even under pressure) to meet deadlines and goals with clear communication skills
Knowledge on the Process and procedure standards
