About your new role:
We are searching for an enthusiastic, experienced Business Model, Planning and Forecasting Finance Expert to join us. Our mission is to become the leading hypercar group and you as a Business Model, Planning and Forecasting Finance Expert will help us to achieve this by ensuring that business planning results in a 3-way statement integrated finance model including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow. The Controlling function is part of our CFO department.
1. Tasks and responsibilities:
- Be the finance expert who ensures planning and forecasting based on reconciled 3-way statements with integrated finance model including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
- Translate business departments´ plans into IFRS-based modelling.
- Define all relevant planning processes for budget, forecast and long-range planning and involve the business departments to ensure buy-in, transparency, and consistency.
- Work in a tandem together with our Data Scientist Business Modeler to ensure that the 3-way statement input that you provide to your technical tandem partner is reconciled and IFRS-conform and aligned with the business.
- Initiate and coordinate group wide target setting process
- Take care of annual operative budget process and 5-10 year strategic planning process
- Initiate monthly forecast process and perform data-driven scenario simulations.
- Model risk/ opportunity simulations and align forecasting scenarios with the relevant business departments.
- Further drive our value-oriented budget controlling approach by being the initiator and challenger of cost down, cash optimization and/ revenue management measures.
- Have high visibility to Bugatti Rimac Group top management by regularly providing forecast and plan overviews.
2. Required skills and competencies:
- 5+ years experience in Finance/Audit/Business Modelling
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance and/ or Controlling
- Pronounced skills in 3-way statement reconciliation are an absolute must
- Proven cash flow planning experience
- Experience in business case calculation and financial structuring of profitability analyses
- Experience in operative budget process and 5-10 year strategic planning of group wide business case
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems
- Strong analytical, negotiation, process and structuring skills
- Fluent in English
