1. Tasks and responsibilities:​​

 

  • Manage spare parts inventory levels, forecasting, and ordering processes​
  • Process spare parts sales order​
  • Oversee internal logistics and shipping of spare parts, ensuring timely delivery to customers​
  • Oversee invoicing process for parts & service​
  • Organize and coordinate technical trainings sessions for Dealer techs and service managers​
  • Collaborate with aftersales team members and other departments to ensure the respect of approved procedures and implement corrections if needed​
  • Continuously improve aftersales operations through process improvement initiatives​
  • Track aftersales department activities and KPI (accounting of the department, timing of repairs, sales order processing time)
  • Shipment time and cost balance​
  • Follow-up of invoicing process to ensure payment​
  • Consistent computation of the department KPI
