About your new role:
We are searching for an enthusiastic Accounting Fixed Asset Expert to join us in our Bugatti Rimac office. Our mission is to become one of the leading hypercar manufacturers and you as an Accountant will help us to do this by ensuring that tasks related to tangible and intangible fixed asset are processed in an accurate and timely manner. Moreover, you will be advising team members from all departments on all fixed asset accounting related matters and help Bugatti Rimac Group to grow an even stronger future-proof CFO organization.
1. Your new role requires the following:
- Ability to assess and oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying financial transactions
- Prepare and process supplier invoices related to fixed assets, ensuring transactional data is correctly recorded
- Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system
- Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets; Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation
- Reconcile fixed asset analytics with general ledger
- Conduct analyses related to fixed assets as requested by management
- Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets and assist the auditors in their inquiries
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles (IFRS)
- Participate in periodic and yearly closings
- Recommend modifications, optimize and standardize accounting systems and processes
- Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

2. What do you need to be successful?
- BSc/Ba or MA in accounting, finance or related areas
- 4+ years of experience in accounting, with thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and in-depth understanding of accounting principles (IFRS)
- Holder of ‘certified accountant’ qualification or ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA would be a strong preference
- Accounting experience within a company focused on production and product development would be a big plus
- Experience working for a multinational/ Big4 company and/ or relevant proven track record abroad would be considered an advantage
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Infor) and advanced MS Office skills
- Excellent analytical skills and high level of dedication and resilience
- Ambitious, dynamic, and self-driven person with excellent high school and academic qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
